Instructions for students who fail to graduate
- You do not need to enroll if you have completed the course and are not eligible to graduate. Please apply for graduation after meeting the graduation qualifications.
- Suppose you are not eligible to graduate and want to retake the course. In that case, you can enroll according to Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations on Course Application and Enforcement of Academic Rules. (Credits for Certified English Proficiency are not included in the enrollment credits)
- If you do not wish to enroll, you must request a leave of absence. (If you do not enroll and do not request a leave of absence, you will be expelled for not registering).
English Graduation Qualification
- Apply for the English Graduation Qualification: Apply by attaching transcripts to the portal system at least 30 days before the scheduled graduation date.
- Alternative Qualification: Suppose you have taken at least 2 certified English tests within the last 2 years but have yet to obtain the above qualifications. In that case, you can take more than 96 hours of English special classes organized and operated by the Foreign Language Education Center and pass the designated test.
- Apply for an Exception to the English Graduation Qualification: Those who have completed the course or are in their 4th year of study and are employed can apply for it. If you want an exception, please apply on the portal system at least 30 days before your graduation date with the Employment Certificate and Health Insurance Eligibility Verification.
